Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH has entered the ranks of the country’s top employers.
In the industry sector machinery and plant engineering, the special machine manufacturer from Aerzen occupies a strong 2nd place in the comparison of Lower Saxony in Germany.
This showed Germany’s largest survey with more than 143,500 employees’ judgements about their own company. For the first time, we received the “Leading Employer 2019” certificate, which is awarded exclusively to top 1% of employers for holistic leading worker quality. AERZEN as an attractive and employee-friendly employer reflects this strategic focus, which is lived by and is developed further.

AERZEN ranks among the best employers in Germany.
In autumn 2018, the business edition of the FOCUS magazine conducted a study to find out, how well employees feel among the 1000 companies surveyed.
The survey provides impressive evidence: AERZEN is one of the TOP companies in Germany.

This is the result of a ranking published by Focus-Business in collaboration with Xing, the leading social network for professional contacts, and, the employer evaluation portal for employees, apprentices and applicants. In the mechanical and plant engineering industry, AERZEN occupies an outstanding 2nd place in the ranking of a Lower Saxony company in this sector.
In the cross-industry ranking, AERZEN occupies a place in the leading third.

To determine the 1,000 national top employers, the market research institute Statista evaluated more than 143,500 employer assessments. The decisive factor was whether the employees recommend their own employer.
