AERZEN founded the sales and service company AERZEN Deutschland on January 1, 2020 with the target of further centralising business development in Germany.  Individual service and expansion of customer proximity are only some of the topics that AERZEN would like to deepen in the future with this step.

Poprzez założenie centralnej spółki sprzedażowo-serwisowej, CEO grupy AERZEN, Klaus Hasso Heller, określił strategiczny kierunek. W przypadku AERZEN Niemcy, nacisk został położony na orientację na klienta. Ważne impulsy i potrzeby mają być szybciej w przyszłości wychwytywane i transformowane w kierunku rynkowych produktów oraz usług. Precyzyjnie dopasowane do wymagań niemieckiego rynku. Mniej pośredników, szybsza reakcja, konkretni partnerzy biznesowi – to baza do lepszej współpracy i rozwiązań dopasowanych do potrzeb klienta.

Do grupy AERZEN należy ponad 50 przedstawicielstw na całym świecie, które systematycznie rosną. AERZEN będzie kontynuował rozszerzanie orientacji na klienta całej organizacji w nieomalże każdym aspekcie operacyjnym. “Stworzenie prawdziwej wartości dodanej dla klientów i wspólne poszukiwanie rozwiązań – to klucz do sukcesu dla AERZENa” podsumowuje Dirk Koob.
