Since January 2026, the company has been consolidating its process gas expertise within Aerzen Process Gas GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of AERZEN. The integration of Emmerthaler Apparatebau GmbH and GPE Turbo expands the range of services and increases our technological and systems expertise. Whether it’s blowers, compressors or turbochargers, modifications and accessories, the manufacture of reservoirs, piping and silencers or packages: Aerzen Process Gas GmbH offers all of these from a single source. This combined expertise and high level of innovation reduces interface complexity, enables the end-to-end implementation of complex plant solutions and thus shortens project lead times. The product range of Aerzen Process Gas GmbH comprises rotary piston, screw and turbine technology for pressures of up to 300 bar and volume flows of up to 350,000 m³/h. The positive displacement blowers achieve a differential pressure of 2 bar at a maximal working pressure of 25 bar a, as well as volume flows of up to 104,000 m³/h. The screw compressors cover pressures up to 25 bar and volume flows up to 75,000 m³/h. The turbo compressors are suitable for pressures of up to 300 bar and volume flows of up to 350,000 m³/h. They are available in a wide variety of types of construction, sizes and special designs for almost all gases, and are used in both onshore and offshore applications. All relevant international
rules, building regulations or specifications of various industries or acceptance organisations are complied with.
