AERZEN China, a subsidiary of the AERZEN Group, was founded in 2005 with a primary focus on product sales and post-sales service within China. Our dedicated team of professionals specializes in roots fans, screw fans, air suspension centrifugal fans, compressors, and specialized gas fans, catering to gases like hydrogen, biogas, and process gas. Additionally, we have established an after-sales service center to support our product offerings.
Over nearly two decades of growth, AERZEN China has evolved into the largest subsidiary in the Asia Pacific region for the AERZEN Group. Our products have found their way into various provinces across China, as well as the regions of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. Since introducing the first AERZEN product to the Chinese market, we've successfully distributed over 20,000 complete equipment units. These products find applications in diverse industries such as sewage treatment, power transmission, petrochemicals, cement, food processing, medical sectors, and more.

After Sales

AERZEN China's after-sales service covers a broad geographic scope, encompassing the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and other regions. Our dedicated after-sales service team comprises over 30 experienced engineers, all of whom have undergone rigorous and comprehensive training following German standards. They are well-equipped to assist users with equipment debugging, installation, maintenance, repairs, and more.

Currently, AERZEN China's after-sales service network consists of one centralized service center in Shanghai and two service points located in Zhanjiang and Xi'an. The Shanghai Service Center is responsible for equipment maintenance, and repairs throughout China, and serves as a hub for commonly used original factory spare parts. The Zhanjiang service point caters to after-sales service in the South China region, while the Xi'an service point covers the northwest region.
