The latest innovations mark the next step and provide new impetus for efficient, resource-saving and economical wastewater treatment.
AERZEN Delta Hybrid screw blowers with new sizes
AERZEN complements the Delta Hybrid series with the sizes D11S and D16S, thus opening up additional possibilities in the lower volume flow range. For system manufacturers and operators, this creates more flexibility in the design of smaller performance ranges. Like the entire series, the new models stand for 100% oil- and PFAS-free process air, high efficiency in the extended turndown of up to 1:5 and energy savings of up to 37% compared to conventional blowers.

Aerzen Turbo New Generation 6 (G6)
With the AT125-0.9S G6, the AT125-1.3S G6 and the AT250-0.9S G6, AERZEN is launching the new G6 turbo generation. The sizes offer maximum efficiency, a turndown of up to 1:5 and a minimal footprint, making them ideal for demanding aeration processes in the biological treatment stage. Compared to conventional turbo technology, energy efficiency can be increased by up to 15%. A newly designed control system with an IoT connection also ensures greater digital transparency and networked process control.

New turbo stage for high volume flows
The new AT450-0.9S turbo stage provides high performance in the upper volume flow range. It is designed for volume flows of up to 300 m³/min and nominal pressures of up to 900 mbar and is the largest size in the current turbo portfolio. Other advantages include increased energy efficiency by up to 15% and an extended turndown.
Holistic optimisation of the aeration system
Blowers play an essential role in the aeration of aeration tanks. Their full potential unfolds in combination with highly efficient aeration technology and intelligent control systems. AERZEN offers all of the relevant technologies from a single source and realises customised system solutions for integrated aeration concepts. Energy savings of up to 55% and a reduction in the CO2 footprint of up to 65% are possible.
